iKi Yellow classes
- Kids* - Monday's 4.30 to 5.30pm, commencing 24th May with Positive Pete
- Adults* - Wednesday's 5.30 to 6.30pm, commencing 26th May with MAD Mel
The iKi Yellow classes will run for 8 weeks. You’ll learn co-ordination, fitness and strength activities as well as dance, martial arts and sporting footwork and skills.
iKi Green classes
- Adults* - Friday's 6:00 to 7:00pm, with Karmic Kim
The iKi Green classes are ongoing. This level is more challenging with faster music and more demanding moves. You are introduced to Capoeira and learn to put together some great kickboxing, dance and theatre sport combos.
How much: $10.00/class
What to wear: Tracksuit and T-shirt or old clothes that you like to sweat in.
What to bring: A drink bottle, towel and lots of energy
