The Happy Healthy Strong Out West Tour Workshops kicked off with the Dubbo Workshop a great success. These free workshops are designed to update and energise people who are already involved in the program, as well as to provide a comprehensive introduction for those who have not yet participated.

1. Half day Instructor Workshops, followed by community and school classes (not available in Dubbo). Workshop participants can attend these to extend their training and experience actual classes.
2. Additional community based classes/demonstration can be scheduled on these days by request.
