iKi Principles

The iKi principles are good examples of a simple system that can help you learn efficiently. They are designed to provide a guide for learning.

There are four iKi principles:
  • Look, Listen and Learn
  • I'm Ok, You're Ok
  • No Play, No Play
  • Eat Well, Live Well.

To follow these principles you need to make some commitments. This is the iKi Pledge.
  • I Pledge to be the best I can be
  • happy, healthy and strong
  • A good member of my family
  • A great part of my community
